Question about Legendary Events
Question: Are the R2 and Thrawn events going to start looping with Palpatine and Yoda events, so after this next emperors demise event the R2 event will happen? Thanks

Nobody knows. Chances are, the new legendary events will appear 5-6 months after their first appearance to keep the trend, then they're likely to go into rotation.
Yoda went instantly into an every-month event. Palpatine was 4 months between the initial and recurring events. Not sure where you get 5-6 months as a trend.
