I guess it depends on your server, but I wouldn't recommend using him before at least 5*.
Edit: I just noticed your team and think I saw you mentioned in another thread that you just unlocked Yoda. I have had great luck in arena with QGJ lead, Lumi/Dooku/Yoda/GS. Anyway good luck!
