Quick Question about Thrawn's Ebb and Flow zeta
Does the turn meter reduction work on raid bosses when they are fractured?
It's a little confusing as the affect of fracture is different between bosses and other toons, but the description for ebb and flow doesn't differentiate like the description of fracture does.
I want to zeta it for raids only, so if the tm removal (15% per empire special) doesn't work then I probably won't zeta it.

Edit: additionally does it work differently when the door is down on the rancor and when the tank is toppled, meaning does it only work sometimes.
