Thrawn is a beast on Raids. He makes soloing Ranco with Zader easier thanks to the -50% Speed Penalty (I use Zader lead, Jyn, FOO, TFP and Thrawn).
In the HAAT, he is great in phase 3, in a Chirpathrawn team. I use Chirpa lead, Thrawn, EP, RG and Shore, easily do over 2 million, without super speedy mods.
And yes, I have a 7 star Thrawn. Don't hate, just trying to offer helpful opinion...
Mine's 6* and I have found him super useful. He helps a lot on the AAT raid (we aren't at HAAT yet)
Also, he makes four of the 6 challenges (since you can't use him in all 6) really easy (not that I needed it, but for newer players it awesome). Just wait til you are at the final boss, fracture him and its game over.
