Quigon omicron possibly not working.
My GAC opponent commented that he was able to defeat another Jedi with Quigon still alive. That is not supposed to be the case or am I understanding the ability wrong?

Occam’s razor suggests the most likely situation is he did use a GL and misled you.
I think it is a pretty even bet on simplest explanation between what you say and not WAI given testing history.
