R2’s Combat Analysis Worth it?

You get the most out of it if you have characters that counter attack (see: CLS lead). They have a chance to remove debuffs immediately. Very nice for characters like Leia and zHan that can counter multiple times.

Without the counter attack I'm not sure it's all that helpful.

For me your choice is either thrawn or r2 and both are great.

Thrawns unique is possibly the best DS zeta right now as thrawn can be used in every mode of this game (except LS TB of course).

R2 is the same but for light side.

I have both toons and both zetas and equally happy with both.

If you run cls or rebels in arena then zeta r2 first, otherwise do Thrawn.

R2’s zetas you can’t really go wrong. I have both and they aren’t very noticeable unless you are looking for it but they are great. R2 helps the whole ls faction. I tend to use zetas that are safer and provide help in more than one place (thrawn leader zeta aside)

Zkylo- don’t have him so can’t speak for it. But will help in BB8 event maybe tw? And ds tb?

Phx zetas look really cool and if zetas were more abundant I would zeta the whole squad as a pet project but zetas are not abundant and my g8 phx does great for where I have them- they usually go 6/6 in their ls tb special mission - so I would def put that zeta on the back burner.

Combat Analysis is pretty great depending on your squad. With a Chaze team, it keeps them free of negative statuses that normally make them easy targets. Counter attacking toons make it most effective. it’s brutal on a zeta Barris team, since healing and buff immunity never stick long enough to kill anyone.

It's also great on Rogue 1 team K2 and Chirrut counter, R2 takes Baze place. But also R2 works with so many squads can't really good wrong, he'll always be useful
