Raid Han vs Raid Han
In an arena battle whereby you and your opponent have Raid Han on your squad, will the attacker (ie. the one who initiates the battle shoot first?)

Same for any other toon at 100% TM. I had Poe at full TM going into next GW node. My Poe went before opposing zolo, and reduced his TM. He never got a shot off. :)
