See I do not have AA or Lando to comments on their leadership skill. Although I have just locked AA.
Said that I usually run my B team mostly in Arena. which is usually Barris lead or Han lead and HRS is mostly part of the team. With Barris, HRS hardly does any cric attack, but with Han he has 40% of cric. This is what I see every day in my game play.
