Fun post! I would make an A-team and a B-team rather than try to make two even teams and I assume it is for universal utility purpose (not specific like p2 of HAAT raid or something).

A-team: CLC (L), raid Han, old ben, r2, sabrine
B-team Wedge (L) (could use Ackbar there instead depending on the situation), biggs, leia, SH and Ackbar.

Had it been situational like for example p1 of sith raid I would have used another combo: Wedge (L), biggs, CLS, raid Han and Ackbar.

Actually, I find this question... inherently troubled.

Ackbar teams benefit strongly from having non-Rebel members. Specifically, a non-Rebel tank and support. Maybe two non-Rebel tanks or supports. That's because every Rebel is a candidate for an assist, and you probably want that to be your attackers.

But, from this team...

Admiral Ackbar, Raid Han Solo, Cmdr. Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Wedge, Biggs, R2D2, Old Ben, Sabine Wren, Stormtrooper Han.

Admiral Ackbar (L), Raid Han, Princess Leia, R2-D2, ST Han. Mostly characters you want attacking, who also have at least one move that can call an assist. Han over Ben as the tank because his basic is... less bad.

Cdr. Luke, Wiggs, Ben, Sabine is the B team, just plain smashing things behind Ben. Wedge lead could be okay, too.
