Not that it's a bit deal but isn't it more like 75%? There's a 45% chance it will work the first time, and a 65% chance it won't. If it doesn't work the second time, there's a 45% chance it will work then. So your chance is 0.45 + 0.45*0.65 = 74.25%

You may be sliding more with RP and RG because RG is low stars and RP isn't considered meta. So rather than not working as well you might just be targeted more. Because offense is so much better than defense you'll lose most of your defense matches no matter what so you'll want a team that's targeted less.

Is 45% the first time and 45% the second time, but is truth that is not correct add up it, this 90% is not a correct mathematical concept, because in every attack the chance is the same (45%), this 90% don't exist, is the same as toss a coin in the air, the chance to get heads or tails is 50% and the next attempt will continue being 50%, will not be 100%, so the chance of Kylo Ren is always 45%, but the idea is that is very likely that Kylo will restart the cooldowns after 2 attacks of Dooku.

The problem of use RG is not the 3000 HP less with 4 stars than with 7 stars, the problem is the speed, is better kill the IG-86 enemy before he can play, if he play will deal 10-14K damage to my RG, so the speed is the most important thing, so use Poe and reduce a 25% of the turn meter is essential, to assure that my IG-86 and my RP play before the other characters.

Is useful in the defense play with Royal Guard, without Poe, when the rest of the characters are faster than Poe, for example if you play with QGJ as leader, Yoda, Rey and Dooku, then you can use Royal Guard, because you don't need the turn meter reduction, when the enemy hit some character and the health is below 50%, the taunt of RG will be activated automatically, so your enemy will lose his first turn to kill RG, and then you have a second turn to use these 4 characters, so RG is very useful in a fast team, but if you have slow characters, as IG-86, RP, Savage, Kylo Ren, Luminara, IG-88, Daka, etc., then you need Poe to reduce the turn meter.
