What do you think is wrong with this? He's talking about primary stats, not sets. With speed and offence on the secondaries across the board.

That's for JTR. He said RT doesn't need much speed added in a post higher up.- Zero added speed. Use as many slots as possible for damage. If you're not landing exposes you are in trouble anyway.
