He doesn't have much health, so just kill him quick. And he doesn't use Squad Discipline unless you debuff any of his teammates. If they changed the AI to do SD first, then people would really complain.
He's not OP, there are plenty of powerful toons out and on the way out. That's how they should "nerf" a player, by releasing more high quality toons, not by making them weaker. That's how they nerfed Rey.
