Rex is too Overpowered.....
So Rex one of the top pay to play Characters is good. But his Second ability is so strong that it changes the balance of the game. I think CG needs to look at this. It completely stops so many teams that it takes the fun out of the game when your trying to pvp.
I know many of you have him but if you look at it from a stand point that you cannot run 30 to 40 percent of your other characters because of him I think it has become a problem.
Empire Teams rely on Debuffs to be effective. But with Rex he takes them all away and then doesn't allow you to put them on for two turns. With the lack of damage on the empire team you need to be able to at least have a chance to re apply the debuffs. Same goes for any team that wants to use thermal Detonators, Jawa Teams that rely on debuffs and/or just some cool characters that use debuffs.
Why is tenacity up so much different than tenacity down? Why is tenacity up 100% chance to stop a debuff and Tenacity Down only an extra percentage to add a debuff?
I have suggested this over and over that it needs to be fixed but nothing is happening. There is so many ways to fix it but the issue is it seems like people who have him want him to be the true Character so they don't see a variety in PVP.
Just seems to me that this one Character is the reason why we have and will always have such limited meta right now.

However, just to add another perspective, I think as more people get their B2's leveled up AND when they finally release Sun Fac as farmable (besides for crystals in the shipments) you will have more choices to run different teams with these characters to counter Rex. But again, great points there Tank, Rex is very strong right now.
And now my Ideas:::I agree but then it just puts those two Characters on to counter Rex and he still stays in teams for the buff he does or at least that is the top 10 meta that has happened to my shard....B2 like all the droids is not a Chacacter I want to play with. I want to play the Empire, Jawa, Scoundrels, and Jedi but just seems like it comes back to Droids. Maybe if they ever put R2D2 in the game or BB8 I would want to play Droids . Rex is not really cannon to what there doing in Rebels either. I would like them to know whats going in the universe and make it so. Mace shouldn't be a Tank he should be one bad ........ with a light saber who can harness both the light and darkside powers like he can in the universe.
Some of my Fixes for the overpowered ability where:
1.Tenacity Up gives a flat percent.
2.Tenacity up only last one round.
3.Characters with Ability block get bumped to two turn.(Could cause lots of other issues side note)
4. Separate the Tenacity up from the dispel(might work)
5. Give more team synergy's to remove buffs. But it takes the whole team being a team like they should not these lets insert random team affiliation rainbow builds.
