Oneshot who? Rex? That is not end of story, lol. You have to stop the mustache. That's the reason Rex is there, at all.
When you can oneshot Lando, wake me up.
Even so, you can one shot rex or lando.. What's the percentage. What is the best pull you can get. Lando or Leia? You run Wiggs lando, leia, and X? Oneshot Lando. Done. You have to kill Fac and Anni while Han taunt is up and you can't debuff or stun cuz Rex is alive.
If you fail to ohko lando because your detaunter was pulled (or other support which I think you might need), his ST Han taunts, Lando goes, Lando is full health. You wasted your oneshot and now have almost zero chance to win.
Lando is Rey 3.0. Instead of evasion, he self-heals every turn and has high enough max health to make him bulletproof behind a tank. Unlike Rey, you don't need to aim his attack. AI can't screw him up. Rex makes sure you can't stun him or block him, unless you manage to block Rex AND ST Han/Lando. And that you can't out AOE him, because that just means his Lando will go every other turn (and self-heal).
Lando is ALL the dps any team needs, if they can protect him. And Rex is the master at that. Even if that means he dies in the first attack. That leaves the rest of the taunters and his lead skill. Cuz of Rex you have to go thru two taunters in succession or get lucky and score two timely back to back AOE. Insert EP in for Anni, and that team is even better, I think.
