Basically, it's not. She was IMO deliberately omitted from the Force Awakens package to get people where you are right now: wanting the character and so either paying crystals to try to farm her, or paying $$$$$ on chromium packs (where you probably won't get her anyway).
I've decided not to bother. The cost is too high and it will take too long to get her to a high star level. By the time you unlock her, there will probably be 20 new characters, some better than her, and maybe even a new version of Rey herself.
