IG-86 is the last remnant of my A-team. I rode the assassin droid bundle to a bitter dead end. Blasting my way through everything, picking up Lumi on the way and with the help of JC himself had a sweet game going on all tables. Until I had a bloated power ranking, through gearing and ability training (HK-47 comes to mind), but no actual power. No Poggle or Poe or Geo to counter the rise of Qui-Gon in Arena and no B-team or decent subs for Galactic War. Quin-Gon is helping out for a few nodes in GW and for now leads my non-team in Arena. Less and less loot every day :'(
Is hoping for Jawa Engineer to drop a viable strategy out of my dilemma?

What, no Poggle, GS, or Poe? You are missing half the fun of a droids team. Even Jawa Engineer won't do much if you don't have those critical members. Also it depends whether the latter is actually farmable. If he's chromium only then it would be no use to you. Poggle could be used in almost all teams, not only droid ones. GS is simply a must. Gear 9 bug with extreme speed, assist, and a bfg!! So fun to blast away enemies with one shot.
