RNG is still king in Arena

I am sure there are whale squads that are close to RNG proof, but for the stinking masses Dodge, Assists calls, resists, and stuns landing still determine the outcome of a lot of fights.

If I could like posts, I would like it 10 million times
  • I don't think it would be as much fun if I knew the outcome of every fight before it started.
  • Not much rng in my battles currently. Beat droids 99 percent. Beat phas leads 90%. Lose to clone 80%. I don't have to fight too many ben leads. Those are 50/50. I just preferentially climb over droids and phasma/rey teams. And then roll the dice against the clones sitting in top two spots every single day at my payout.

RNG should and does play a huge part in battles.

Imagine you had 5v5 bar fight...All sorts of wierd stuff would happen and never go to plan. Imagine any team sport.....luck and opportunity is what drives the outcome.

Even 1v1 sports like tennis hinge on the outcome of a critical moment. Lucky or not a net cord can change the direction of a match for either equally matched opponent. Likewise hitting the frame instead of the middle of the raquet could mean nothing or everything depending on the context.

It's intellectually dishonest to expect that it should be different from what happens in this game imo.

    Just my 2c...
  • Hahahahaha that is too funny. It's intellectually dishonest to expect someone not to Dodge fantasy laser beams 4 out of 5 times in a bar fight. Omsenthe.
