Savage Oppress leader viable?

I'm gonna sound st..upid for asking this, but is Savage Oppress' leader ability arena viable? I used it all the way through a galactic war and did great. I went against a lvl 85 g11 wiggs team with boba leia and ackbar lead and melted them. Any debuffs that hit my team didn't stick for long and my team was incredibly tanky. Even maul was hard to kill. thoughts?

    I was thinking about it because I face mostly stun lock teams in arena. Stun lock and wiggs which is no problem.
    I was thinking
    Zavage lead
    Sith Trooper
    Sith Assassin
    Palp
    Maul(?) ((would vader be better?))

    Savage's lead gives bonus tenacity that helps a lot and the defense is great too. Especially on trooper, he'd have insanely high defense.

    Am I an idiot?

    tenacity leadership is about second worst to defense bonus leadership such as chewie
    Probability to resist = tenacity-potency
    (Minimum probability 15%)
    so if your toon's tenacity is less than 15% more than enemy's potency, it does nothing good.
    ex against 75%potency toon, 0% tenacity= 90% tenacity= 15% actual chance to resist.
