If you constantly chase the meta you'll start to fall behind, well unless you're a whale/kraken. If you're invested in sith/empire and enjoy it I would suggest sticking with it, if however you prefer Jedi then that's the only reason I would suggest switching. Pretty much any of the top teams can win on offense, some just have a weaker defense. I personally run titans/rebels in an EP meta and stay in the top 50 no problem.
