Seeking some fleet advice

I've recently unlocked Punishing One but have kept it on my reinforcements even though my Dengar is R5. I'm currently in a pretty fresh fleet shard with no negotiators,executors etc. Im wanting to use it due to Darth Loquiturs 2025 Player guide where he recommended Tie Pilot, HT, and P1 to be a solid starting lineup but im having a hardtime seeing the vision.

I recorded a fleet arena battle with this lineup and was able to win after losing the first time but very close to almost losing. Any advice on what I can do would be great.
