Sep Droids, are they worth the grind?

Yeah, Magnaguard is a weak link in the team that can be replaced, which is convenient, because he is the hardest to gear of all of the droids.

They are a huge investment and a somewhat niche team...

They have that feel of a faction that would be required for something...2 new marquees and hard to gear characters. Plus it just seems like we've got to get away from KoToR for a bit.

I have GG team, and while it was hell to max it, at the end I don't regret. I can kill secondary Revan teams at TW with 100% success, and ability to take down 2 enemy Revan teams with my Revan and GG is invaluable . Yes, its hard to gear, and battles always RNG dependant, but actual gameplay is fun. When fully loaded Droideka one-shotting Yoda with full health and protection... When GG scoring 80+k hits with his 2-nd special... This team not for everyone, if you have good roster and want something different, go for GG. Best way to beat Revan team, at least for me, is to kill Yoda 3 times, first one to trigger savior, second time to force Joilee use ressurection, and third time just to be sure he is dead) Without Yoda, Joilee goes down very quickly.

GG is the beast) Don't listen to anyone who didn't max GG team, you will not see good results until GG will have 60+k health, and b2 and Droideka at least 3 g12 pieces of gear.

I'm doing the same thing, casually gearing and farming grievous from 6 to 7* while waiting for b1(and droideka) to become farmeable. Hopefully I'll end up with a decent seperatist b-team around the time I unlock DR next time he comes around. Will be nice to have a JKR counter seeing as it'll be ages before I ever get JKR myself.

Every time I nuke a DR or wipe out a JKR team, its REALLY satisfying. Just saying :wink:

If you cannot take top 10 in your squad and fleet arena then you should be going all in on Separatists to be able to join a great guild getting tons of stars in Geo TB. You can get crystals that way. So are they worth it? You bet
