Why the poll? You really put that much weight into the consensus of the majority when making decisions?
But to answer your question, both Nute and Dooku are viable leaders, Nute's being the better for most situations, at least on offense. However, you should stick one or two meatbags in there as well. Jango, Nute and Dooku are a pretty good trio with whatever Separatists you have. Droideka for example is great with them, and Ventress also. Don't think any of them would work particularly well with 4x/only droids though but I might be wrong.
