Yeah, don't. Mover her to a Padme or Jedi team.

Ah, I feel like at some point more clones will come and she’ll be better

1) Shaak-Ti with the clones if you want to use GAS in a GL counter
or
2) Shaak-Ti with jedi
or
3) Shaak-Ti with Padme

For 2) there are several options depending on how you want to split up your jedi. I often use my JKR, JKL, HY, Basti, OB team to counter a SLKR and use JML with Shaak-Ti, GMY and Jolee. But you could also replace Basti with Shaak-Ti in that SLKR counter (even though I definitely prefer Basti for her ability blocks) and build a Basti led jedi team, you could form a Basti lead, JML, Wat team for example.

The next GA will be 3v3, so you will have lots of options even if you want two clone teams.
