Shard Farming List/Advice Request

I'm about to get my arena squad up to 7* lvl 80 (FINALLY!!!) so I'm getting ready to start my project farming and add ons. My arena squad is-

For raids I am lacking since starting T7-

I have a list for each former of gaining shards and in a priority order. I'm hoping to get some guidance on if I'm moving in the right direction or should change things up. Here it goes...

I'll also be farming hard battles of most of these to supplement as well. I would love to rotate my arena squad to a rebel synergy but also think Jawas and Droids are important too. Any opinions would be awesome! Thanks
