Shard Requirement To Unlock Related To Character Strength?
Are the characters that require 80 shards to unlock more viable/powerful/useful than characters that cost 10/25/50? Or is it just randomized?

Just as an example death trooper is a very powerful character in an empire squad and viable at end game and unlocks at 2 star(25 shards)
Nute gunray on the other hand unlocks at 4 star(80 shards) and for the bulk of the game has been an almost useless character
To be fair part of this is due to power creep as death trooper is a much newer character but it's a solid example of examine the characters and their abilities to decide who to farm
