Shard Requirement To Unlock Related To Character Strength?
Are the characters that require 80 shards to unlock more viable/powerful/useful than characters that cost 10/25/50? Or is it just randomized?

Actually, most of the characters released since last February are unlocked at 2 or maybe 3 stars, unless they are legendary/Hero's journey characters. So even if it was important a while ago now it seems irrelevant.
