This is happening against slower cap ships, however even when you’re the same speed, a cap ship that is chosen to go first should always go first that’s RNG.
Seems to be a bug tbh.
No for the second part. If no TMR manipulation occurs both capital ships will reach 100% TM at the same time throughout the battle. The coin flip will happen every time they both are able to take a turn.
What are the full line ups of both teams?
