I've worked out what is happening. Your Vader dispels, then either evasion down or ability block is resisted (hence the 'resisted' flashing). Then your Vader (which is target locked) has target lock expire and then their Vader puts it back on with his unique, which triggers biggs to taunt again. No bug.
