Shock and Fear in raids

Can we please get some raid function for these abilities, Sith Empire is so tightly bound to these abilities that it seems unfair just to make bosses immune to them. I would love to see what Bastila Shan (fallen) and Darth Revan could do if they could actually benefit from the stacking offense in Bastila's Sith Apprentice unique. Or are we just not allowed to have that many great Dark Side Raid teams?

    I think fear would be fine in raids bc you have to hit the boss anyways. For example, hstr there are only so many generic characters you can focus on b4 you have to start hitting the boss, and since bosses are immune to stagger, you can't use it for tm control. Also debuffs aren't really that effective on bosses than on regular characters.

    There is nothing there that would change for raid bosses.

    Abilities that have an issue like that are spelled out in the description.

    I will note that raid bosses are immune to CD increase as per one if thier abilities, so it doesn't need to be stated in the Fear ability.
