Is shore trooper viable at four stars for arena

- In the right set up he is. His kit is still extremely useful.

- If you run a zMaul lead, you might want to start farming Sith Trooper. A lot more useful in that comp.
- I have him I will gear him up and mod him
- With Thrawn in the mix, Shore has seen more use again
