You can follow guide made by intimidation, I think he is doing a good job. You can also find good sources on youtube as well. Most important things at your level are in my opinion:

• Get a 7* toon to join heroic raids if you don't have already
  
• Find an active and high gp guild does heroic raids and get good results on territory battles and wars,
  
• Focus on ships to unlock zeta ability challange at level 78,

After around level 60(not sure the exact level) you will get fleet arena unlocked, and sim tickets will no longer be an issue as you will get 100s from there daily. Until then you need to fight some of the battles yourself.

You can ally me to use my toons in your battles to make it eaiser.
