Dudes, I was just in Squad Arena fighting against Sith Eternal Emperor lead and Wat Tambor, and Sith Eternal Emperor just shook off Mando’s Disintegrate. Is that a Galactic Legend thing? Why make the ...

Except it's not. It does a specific amount of damage, reduced in some cases by a modifier. As explained above in several posts.
