Is something going to be done about this? And what does everyone think would be an appropriate change to SEE’s kit that could solve this problem and balance out the GL’s?

And he gets no controlling abilities himself, has no damage, can only make 2 targets not crit, and doesn't really help his allies all to much unlike a team wide range of multiple buffs that the other GL's hand out like candy
