That's not necessarily the case that thrawn will tm swap with vader.
If han solo stuns vader, and vader is faster, vader will come out of stun before thrawn's turn. Thrawn will rarely tm swap with a character unless they are debuffed or have very low ehp, but vader has high ehp even after a hit from han solo.
I have yet to test it out, but that is my finding based on how is see the AI using thrawn.
If you slowed down vader to go right after thrawn it might work, but opponenets have different number of rebels each time
That is not the case if the enemy has a zHan, that double shoot will reduce Vader's, so Thrawn or GK can cleanse him (that is why l am not putting a Zeta on Vader's unique, it is pretty useless)
