So who is ENJOYING the reworks?

im not a whale, (long time player tho) but super underwhelmed.
palp and vader just cant handle top-tier jRey squads. at all.

I would love to say Ive seen it make a change but there is not one vader or palpatine lead in the top 50 on my shard.
They will be fun for tb though.

Also if you are a blue whale please tell me how Ep DV Thrawn IPD Wampa works

The reworks goes well, I destroy every CLS team I see in the arena.

I liked how Vader performed in GW ... his basic now shows a little difference between hit and dodge. His AoE does not mean he gets insta-killed and his new speed (i have sucky mods on him tbh) lets him finally get some turns! I like it. EP on the otherside feels like nerfed instead of buffed ... but maybe i have to try out few more things.

EDIT: However i wont use them in arena, even with arena mods, they wont stand a chance.

I'm a dolphin and was running a Phoenix squad around 61k power total and was consisent in the top 50s for 3 months. I heavily invested in empire as they were my end goal so when the reworks for palps and vader were announced i was stoked. I have no zetas and I only have omegas on their basics besides palps but here is my team currently:

EP (L), Vader, Thrawn, DT and Tarkin.

Vader and Thrawn are at 6*. DT is at 4* and Tarkin and EP are at 7*

Total power is 61k and pretty fast. If I'm running EP lead, the team is as follows:

Vader - 231 (after his lvl 7 unique and only counting allies, 271 against full rebel team)
Thrawn - 225
EP - 204
Tarkin - 168
DT - 155

Add 28 speed to each of them if I run Tarkin lead which is what I did this morning. I'm currently number 8 in my shard and it's the highest i've ever gotten. I even beat the highest/best Phoenix team and nightsisters team. There are only a few other empire teams currently and most Wiggs teams and other rebels. There's currently only 1 guy who is running JTR and 1 guy running CLS. It's only a shard thats a few months old.

However, I'm loving the reworks right now and they will be even better once I omega "power of the dark side" to get that offense up AND whenever I get the deathmark omega on DT. Those 2 right there will be key for me to put down even more offense.

Working great here! I was just starting to break into the top 100 before Jedi Rey came out. I could make it into the 60's and fall back to 80's or 90's using Nihilus L, dooku, dn, thrawn and zylo. Rey teams came around and knocked me into the 130-150 range. With the update I switched zylo for Vader and put Dooku speed mods on Vader and zylo speed mods on dooku. I didn't zeta ep or Vader and now I can make it back into the top 100! New team is EP L, Vader, Thrawn, Nihilus and Dooku.

I'm not sure why you expected them to be better than Rey teams. Rey's barely been out for two months and she's their marquee toon right now. From what I've seen, they do really well against everybody else which I think is exactly what one should have expected

They handle RJT fine. They wont beat them often on defense, but what would? I have lost a battle with EP (L), Vader, Darth N, ShT, Thrawn. Thats all you can really ask for and I've only zeta'd the lead from the new abilities.
