Speed calculations bugged in conquest

I just ran two battles against a resistance team with OP1 modifier.

JKL lead, JML 99% stamina, speed 545 instead of 549. BB8 went first.

SLKR, speed 530. SLKR went first.

Either JKL lead is causing a problem, the stamina calculation is off, or the combination of the two is a problem.

    I think it has to do with BB8 turn meter gain unique

    In the SLKR battle, I suppouse you used Hux as well, which negates the BB8 tm gain, that would explain it for me
  • When you look at the sector bonuses for the enemy it will always be a range like 20-40% and I don’t think it’s static for any particular battle so one fight it might be 22% and the next battle might be 27%. CG as far as I know has never stated the starting stats or exactly how those bonuses work so I’m guessing but I have noticed the same thing as well.

    That's an odd take. I don't think stats are random between attempts on the same battle. More likely the above answers are correct, where either SLKR's actual speed being 560 does the trick or if Hux is present and preventing the tm gain.
  • Even with the tm gain bb8 starting speed would have to be over 375. That’s pretty fast.

    If they are overprepared, it's believable. Conquest enemies are ridiculously fast. I think the Resistance enemies get a modifier that adds tm when buffs expire, but I don't remember what exactly it is. Could something be going on with the modifier that is also giving him a speed boost?
  • I'm doing my own calculations and I don't know how you came up with 375. How many droids were on the team? Was JML really at 99% stamina, or 89%?

    Actually Hux shouldn't prevent the TM gain for BB-8 as the enemy uniques generally trigger before player uniques.

    My bet is it's due to SLKR lead bonus.

    They said the enemy team had Overprepared 1, plus the sector bonuses, could easily put BB-8 between 545 & 560 effective speed.

    The sector bonuses are static and don't change with attempts. They will always be the same for that node. They show a range because the bonuses increase as you progress along the sector. (e.g A Resistance team just before the final boss will have higher stats than one at the start of a sector, even with the same OP)
