Speed Mods
Hey everyone, I just 3* the highest speed mod challenge this evening and wanted to know what toons really benefit from these. Any suggestions?...Was kind of thinking Rex... Thanks!

Typically characters with already high base speeds.
The set only gives you 10% boost to base speed not counting any speed gained at current gear level.
So 4 speed mod set would only add 14 speed to max geared Rex.
So if you need that extra 14 base speed to for it.
