It depends on the speed of your sass. How fast is she? Also, are Vader and DN your only two other sith? Do you happen to run Zaul lead?
Real quick, assuming Vader lead, Sass should go first. Her first move will be dark shroud and she will speed up the other sith. She is going to give them 24% tm. So you want your sith to be at 76% of her speed. Meaning if she is at a speed of 200 then they need to be at 152. In order to make a specific turn order and you want Vader to go first then you need to put Vader at 152 or above and DN at 151 or below.
With your current speeds you need sass to be at 255 (the math equates to 254.04 so I went 255 to be safe) in order for DN to be under the break even point. Otherwise DN and Vader will both have full tm and it will be up to rng to decide who goes first.
With Zaul the math changes.
