Speed, TM, and Turn Order at the Beginning of Battle

So as I'm facing faster and faster Revans (seeing +150 and +160 at the top of my shard now, lol) I'm trying to figure out what Revan's effective speed will be at the start of battle. I know he gets b...

and I wanna say the effective speed is 280*1.16, which is 328.4. But I'll admit I don't know


I'm almost positive that is not correct.
