I have my Bastila L team, and Palp L Empire team.
Bastila L, GMY, Ezra, Jolee, Hoda/OB
Palp L, Vader, Thrawn, Tarkin, Snowtrooper
I also am 2 toons away from CLS: OB 89/100 and Snowtrooper 67/100 (for R2).
I am 4 toons away from JKR for my Bastila L team: Jolee 34/100, Z 18/100, Mission 28/65, T3 51/100.
I have geos as an option, and Padme 5* but no GK/JKA for her yet.
For CLS, I am 123/145 on Han, and for Padme, I am 131/145 on GK.
I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding, but if you are looking to improve in the arenas, you need to pick one team. Not 5.
Of those teams listed, I would go with either JKR or Padme. Whichever you choose, that team is the only thing you are putting resources into gearing. I would pick Revan, much faster for you.
Do AT LEAST one energy refresh on Mission/the droid until they are done. Your goal right now is to unlock JKR. Put gear into your Jedi; you will get them all to gear12/13 ASAP. HYoda will be fine around gear 9 for now, 11 eventually. He doesn't need much gear, just enough so he doesn't get killed by a random AoE.
Your next arena team should be: JKR, Bastila, Jolee, GMY, HYoda. (yes, ik you have ezra geared, but eventually, HYoda will be more valuable.)
The reason I'm not saying stick with Vader is: your empire team is gear 8. That's not good enough for squad arena. Sure you have one gear 12, but that's obviously not cutting it right now.
