Oh because maybe some people want to experiment with other toons, but the other toons are shit and these strong toons are just too strong, so you can just copy what thousands of users are doing and not give a fuck because they can be farmed.
It's also easier for DEVs to nerf toons than to buff several other toons it seems. Well, that is the argument many people use when justifying nerfing stronger characters. Just sounds like being lazy to me though, but hey it is easier to just play with one character and to change one.
