The other thing to consider is that the AI makes Leia look amazing because it abuses the RNG. It will stealth, double damage, pop the crit bonus and land 3 attacks effortlessly.
The AI is much, much less enthusiastic about being on the receiving end of such shenanigans however. So when you use her as a human, you often just waste a turn going into stealth, get no dmg bonus, then watch her shoot once and deal 5k damage.
