They really habe no reason to release them yet. That show has been shaky at best. It still has yet to meet the standard that Clone Wars established. I like it enough, but a lot of people don't. Ezra is a poodoo character, to make him meta would set a lot of people off.
Your are certainly entitled to your opinion but some of the story lines in Rebels have been great after the 2nd half of season 1. Vader Vs. Ahsoka, Kannan and the bindu, Maul & Ezra, Thrawn, Maul heading towards a final showdown with Obiwan. All cool characters and story lines. As for Ezra, I ask one simple question, When has a mail teenaged aspiring Jedi in this universe NOT been a poodoo character at first? Whiny Luke, Whiny Ani, Whiny Ezra. Ezra is beginning to really grow up in that show and perhaps his character will become better too.
Ezra is already a much better character than Anakin was in the prequel movies, a complete **** who went from turning in Palpatine to slaughtering children in literally 5 minutes.
Ezra goes into some character development then the next episode acts as if nothing has changed and reverts back to season 1 Ezra lol.
Not really... If you think S3 Ezra resembles S1 Ezra, we are watching very different shows.
Except for the nice haircut, i tend to agree. Where characters like Kanan, Hera, and Sabine have developed as characters, for every 2 steps forward Ezra takes he takes 1.5 steps back. I miss season 1 Ezra. He was clever, funny, and skeptical. Now he's a brooding teen who always wants to do things his way even when it is the hardest path. And somehow he's become very gullible. Believing Maul and Hondo are looking out for him and such.
Hondo might be...there's more to that pirate than meets the eye. Maul...Ezra needs to open his eyes!"DarthLucaz;809099" wrote:

Lets not look at Clone Wars through rose colored glasses. I loved the show but it took a while to get going. Remember the Jar Jar episodes?'- 1. Too many rebels right now
2. They would lose lots of money because the people who spend money are adults so most of them won't like a kids TV series's characters. - The show is simply not popular enough, or even for that matter disliked by a good portion of the fan base, to get characters. We don't need more rebels and Jedi, and Rebels has to first off be enjoyable to almost all of the Star Wars fanbase before making it into this game
- And before you say anything about characters from TCW like Rex that are in the game - TCW was extremely well liked by viewers of many ages of Star Wars, and even if you have no clue who he is, I'm pretty sure most people have no problem with putting in cool clones. Rebels is a little bit like jar jar (not even close to as bad I must concede), in the sense that many in the community simply doesn't want them to be there

You guys need to slow your role, they dont even have Luke out. He's on the loading screen.
there is also hoth leia (i think its hoth) and normal chewie (no gold weapon or sash) on the cover - theXronoSeasoned Scout

I mean if they are dumping toons left and right, why not a few more Rebels. Another idea is getting the Mandalorians from the Clone Wars. A full Mandalorian team would be cool
I agree.
More empire toons from rebels and mandalorians could make a great meta shift
We have.
Deathwatch
The Protectors
Those who sided with the Imperials.
And those disgraces like satine."APX_919;809500" wrote:

I think the thing people dont see with Ezra..... is hes struggling with the darkside.
Kanan knows this.... which was the point of his temple visit vision in season 2.
Maul knows this.... which is why hes trying to recruit Ezra.
Ezra has been trying to earn power by any means to protect his friends.
I can really see Rebels ending with Ezra turning ans Kannan will have to end him..... this will get rid of the two Jedis before Ghost is seen in Rogue One (Yes Ghost is in rogue one... the crew is unknown but Hera is called via page in Rogue One)"Supercat;810036" wrote:

sure, thats why Rex was such an unpopular character with adult whales, right?
