Stark zeta and imperial troopers
I am really wanting to zeta stark but im not sure if his zeta is worth it. I also can zeta thrawn but my favorite squad is definatly the imperial troopers but dont want to waste a zeta.

Actually, because Thrawn loses 15% TM when an Empire ally uses a special, it absolutely does keep the enemy toon fractured longer. It also keeps them from going as soon as fracture expires.
