Han is a great tank for his turn meter manipulation. Before the protection update he could be focused down before he got a chance to taunt but now its more likely that he is able to get his taunt off. Not only does his taunt give turn meter to his team when he taunts but everytime he's hit he gives them turn meter with a lot more turn meter given while he is taunting. He's squishy but if his taunt isn't dispelled, he can get your entire team 2 entire turns. He's a must have imo. Too much TM gain to not use him.

That's a great point. The turn meter gains would be nice but when I face a st Han and RG team I always dispel his taunt and then their team doesn't get said turn meter gains. I suppose I probably haven't encountered a maxed team yet though.

I really like savage opress but he seems too slow on defense. Seems like most everyone just waits until the rest of the team is dead to take him out. His high hit points and abilities are nice but on defense he seems to be a bit lackluster. Definitely need a bit of an overhaul so people don't just ignore him until the end.

Yeah, I was thinking that's why everyone is pumped for him. However, with my Qui-gon jinn I just immediately dispel the taunt.

It sounds like he has a pretty good balance to him then. As long are your opponent isn't running a toon with dispel or fails to dispel the taunt.

I agree with that. Personally, i love Han for the simple fact that he is Han, but from what the far more informed players are telling me from that spreadsheet is that hes epic for boosting turn meters. So if he takes tons of damage, and helps your team deal more damage. Perhaps that's bettet than a tank that doubles damage when being attacked? Perhaps its personal preference. Although im still annoyed by the fact theres no regular Han Solo, or Rebel Luke Skywalker (with Lightsaber) to obtain and use. If you feel me i mean.

I bet that's why everyone likes him when he is teamed with royal guard. With both taunts it's harder to dispel one and move on attacking. If you choose to dispel royal guard then you deal with the turn meter increase from han. If you dispel han then you deal with royal guard and the crazy protection/health.

STH should be great in theory. Decent enough health to last a couple of attacks to grant the rest of your team another round or two of attacks.

However, the reality is most people are running QGJ (at least in my server) and so not only is STH's TM manipulation made redundant, he also serves to grant O up to the enemy. And once his taunt is gone, STH is far less useful than RG, who at least provides a near guaranteed stun and has insane health.

If you have the choice between running STH or another high-damage attacker. It's probably still advantageous to go for the latter :/
