Its the protection. He got roughly 6k protection and 1k extra health on the last update. This allows him to take more hits after he taunts. the whole team gets 20% turn meter each hit he takes with a 25% chance of a little more turn meter from his passive. He still is prob not any better than RG, but swgoh.gg claims his protection goes from 6k to 18k in the next 2 tiers of gear. By then he will really make use of his turn meter manipulation and might rise to more power. only time will tell.
