That's a great point. The turn meter gains would be nice but when I face a st Han and RG team I always dispel his taunt and then their team doesn't get said turn meter gains. I suppose I probably haven't encountered a maxed team yet though.

Gotta watch out if the team has lumi as lead. This is death for your strategy. You get han to half health and RG taunts. You dispel but if Han goes again, he'll gain just a tad of health from lumi lead to make him go above half health again, which will force RG to taunt again.

My strategy is not to dispel and put another dps instead of QGJ. It seems to work as well.

yea, that buggs me aswell. especially since the picture for lightside battles shows them as regular han and luke with a saber. O_o

OT: i recently added ST Han to my arena squad. if he gets throught my opponents first turn unharmed i;m golden. his taunt + phasma's victory march (+ if im lucky enought to get a dispell with GQJ) gets me so much attack power and TM its allmost always a insta win.

edit: obviously i take out QGJ first so he cant dispell my ST han.

However, the reality is most people are running QGJ (at least in my server) and so not only is STH's TM manipulation made redundant, he also serves to grant O up to the enemy. And once his taunt is gone, STH is far less useful than RG, who at least provides a near guaranteed stun and has insane health.

If you have the choice between running STH or another high-damage attacker. It's probably still advantageous to go for the latter :/

I don't recall if I've ever faced a team with RG and ST Han on the same team. I can definitely see both of them being a problem.

So you are running QGJ, phasma, st han and what other toons? Seems I see this team quite often and on defense they don't hold up. Then again defense isn't that great with any toons.

im am not really impressed by savage his damage at all. Im one of those guys who went for him because of the challenge and i thought he was insanely OP ^_^ you can imagine my disappointment, after that i started to do more research :p

I did see that. I am curious to see if people start using him and how viable he is at that point. Offensively he seems like he is much better than on defensively. Then again, we can say that about nearly every character.

I have been running Han since way before the update even when damage was much higher. Originally I thought the same thing... That he was too squishy to do his job, but I was wrong. He is even better post update. I literally never saw anyone towards the top end of my server running him except for me and my squad used to hold on defense incredibly well. Now he is slowly popping up everywhere.

Some people are sticking him behind Dooku which makes me laugh. When he is dodging every other attack you are not getting the additional TM gain every turn. You only get the initial boost from his taunt. It's the only time I don't mind seeing this elevated dodge rate. When I'm forced to attack him I would rather have him dodge!

At any rate... I'm working on a new build now that more people are starting to run him. I have an idea for an anti- Han/RG squad.

That's the general feeling I have too. However, with the omega mats +30% damage he may just become pretty good.
