Even if you do dispel Han's taunt he's granted 50% turn meter to his team (I think his team gets the TM on the attack that dispells his taunt) plus any of his passive that proced against your team.
This is all true, but the chance of good RNG is too low. A 25% chance to remove 30% TM at the start of his turns just isn't comparable to RG's 80% stun chance. And I'd generally recommend you don't attack Han unless you've left him to last or are planning on ability blocking/stunning prior to taunting or dispelling his taunt.
I'd say the tank order still hasn't changed much post update: RG>Poe>STH>Chewie
