First I want to mention that both of R2's zetas a really good for the team, better than C3P0s which are also good even though they aren't leaderships they do help the team out.
Sort of in order of value:
JKR and DR both need their leadership zetas to be great.
JTR lead zeta is awesome for all raids and does well in TW/GA.
CLS Zeta lead is solid, nuff said
KRU, Bossk and Bastila leads make their teams very good for defense in GA/TW.
Both NS leadership Zetas have good value and uses in raids or GAs
Palp lead zeta is excellent for nightmare team
Veers zeta is needed to a solid trooper team they are okay defenders, but excellent at taking out higher powered Nightsisters
Zeta Chirpa makes Ewoks a viable team
Zeta Jyn doesn't help as much as I thought it would unless I put princess Leia on the team, then it works great.
Zeta Maul helped more than I expected for my second tier Sith team.
Zeta Thrawn lead has some uses but its not required for him. However putting both zetas on him if you use his capitol ship is good.
Do not Zeta GMY or QGJ leaderships unless you really need a 3rd string Jedi team for some reason.
I do not recommend Darth Vader's leadership Zeta, its only real use was to solo the rancor which can be simmed and/or soloed easier with other teams, or just CLS...
