Struggling to find a decent Arena Team - Please help...

How long have you been playing? I'm guessing your issue is that your characters are just way undergeared for your shard. You also have no decent mods to speak of, which is going to hold you back regardless. Your arena team has two dot mods that aren't even leveled - that's never going to cut it at near 85.

Fair Points there Liath. I first started playing just after the game first came out - then took a break for about a year, coming back late last year. A fair bit has changed in that time game wise (ships for example!) and I am way behind....

So perhaps I need to work on Mods first and not worry too much about the team..?

This. Mods will help a ton, but so will choosing the right team. With your current characters, I would run Jedi with Qui-Gon Jinn (L), Yoda, Ezra, Barriss, Luminara (until you can gear Old Ben or Kanan). You first zeta should go to QGJ, and second to Barriss (this will come in handy outside of just arena or a Jedi team).

For mods, yeah your mods are not good. Do the Health Mods challenge for like a week straight to get a bunch of 5-dot mods that you can use on your top team. Also, every character (except perhaps your tank) needs an arrow that has Speed primary, so always check the mod store and buy arrows (for credits) that have speed.

You are assigned an arena shard when shortly after you start. Any actives still in your shard will be running gear 12 zetas and some combination of cls thrawn jtr bb8 r2d2 gk and raid han.

That said mods are the immediate issue.

I would work on mods and also pick a team that you want to work towards and start doing what you need to do for that. If you want to run a rebel team, for example, get the empire you need to get 7* R2 next time, and finish farming Leia so you can get CLS the next time he shows up. Also work on your ships and pilots so that you can start getting zetas ASAP.

He’s going to have to go longer than a week straight to get the mods he’s looking for. I would suggest putting up to the three cheap refreshes in to health mods for two weeks and try to get a speed secondary if at least 4 or 5 on 4 out of the 6 mods per toon on Every toon on your area team. It will take a lot of credits so you’ll have to be smart with them. Check out some mod videos on YouTube they will help a ton

Get Wedge.

Then run Wedge (Lead), Biggs, Leia, R2 and STHan.

And learn how to use mods. Which is no easy ask...they're super complicated (at least for me!).
